Last week, I got to spend time with the people who are making and growing the Bible app. At a partner summit in Oklahoma, we collaborated, learned and prayed about YouVersion’s mission to bring the Bible to everyone, everywhere, every day.
My biggest “A-ha” moment came when I learned from other Bible plan authors that Dave and I need to be clear about what our ministry is, and how we’ll uniquely provide value to you over time. As I talked it over with him later, it emerged:
Two Gen X Dads and the Bible
We’re two fathers, a pastor and a journalist. We tend to look at the challenging and stressful things that are happening in the world, and ask what the Bible says about it. We believe that doing this in community helps us move past paralysis and toward action.
